Dika Gabe Co-operative is located in the western Oromia region of Ethiopia.
This lovely coffee has really starred for us this year. We find continually that Ethiopian coffees take several months after arrival to 'open up' and reveal all its true flavours and characteristics. This is certainly the case here. Distinct apricot notes rise above a lovely sweet lemon acidity in a lush, balanced cup. A tangy lime rind note adds some real complexity.
