Neptali and his partner Lilli grow coffee on their farm, La Palma in the Catamarca region of Peru. The are also involved in a co-operative, Churupampa, where ideas are exchanged and new techniques employed. Varieties including Bourbon, Typica and Caturra feature heavily, as these plants thrive here.
We were taken by the complexity and vibrancy of this coffee, particularly the distinct and intense tropical fruit flavours.
