2. Shipping Costs & Free-Shipping Threshold

  • We currently offer free shipping on orders over A$30 (limited-time offer). Parallel Roasters

  • For orders under that threshold, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

3. Processing Time & Order Handling

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation (roast & pack time may affect this).

  • Once your order is prepared and dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email, including any tracking information (where applicable).

4. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We use reliable courier or postal services to deliver orders within Australia.

  • The choice of courier may vary depending on your location and the size/weight of your order.

  • For subscription orders: we dispatch based on your selected delivery frequency and bag type/size.

  • For urban/metro areas: expected delivery is usually 1–7 business days after dispatch (though exact times may vary depending on the courier and destination).
