Luz's farm sits on the scenic hills of the Naranjal plateau, overlooking a natural reserve that divides the property. This land, once owned by her cherished father, remains a constant source of inspiration as his memory fuels their drive to carry on his legacy.

Luz collaborates with a group of small-scale producers, who all carefully handpick only the ripest cherries. These cherries are then pulped and dried on raised beds for 15 days.
