ABOUT THE BEANS:

Edward Newald Meza is a 4th generation Coffee Producer running a 57-hectare farm in the region of Cerro El Aguila. Natural process coffees are sun-dried in the cherry before the coffee seed is separated from fruit pulp layers. This technique tends to round acidity and enrich sweet fruit characteristics.
