ABOUT THE BEANS:

Guii Zone's dense forests create sweet shade-grown coffee cherries. Families in the Kercha District deliver fresh cherries to the Kercha Udotu Washing Station, where both natural and washed processing are carried out.

In anaerobic processing, fermentation of coffee fruit material happens in vessels free from oxygen.This slows down fermentation processes and gives coffee producers the ability to produce new and unique flavour profiles.
