ABOUT THE BEANS:

Farmers in Layo Teraga village, Uraga, grow high quality coffee cherries due to their ideal altitude of 2,000 to 2,200 meters, which provides warm days and cool
nights. Bitoya coffee is sourced from around 500 family farms near the Oboleyan washing stations the Guji Zone of Oromia, established by the Edema family.

The cherries are carefully sorted and dried on elevated beds with shading and rotation to ensure even drying, taking about 12-15 days to reach the perfect moisture level of 11.5%.
