ABOUT THE BEANS:
Kayon Mountain Farm, in Ethiopia’s Guji zone, spans 500 hectares with 300 under coffee.
Owned by Ismael Hassen Aredo and his family since 2012, it sits between the villages of Taro and Sewana.
The farm supports its workers with fair wages, transport, and community projects. Coffee is shade-grown under native trees, nourished with natural compost, and carefully processed as both washed and natural lots.
A thoughtful, quality-driven farm rooted in sustainability and care.
