ABOUT THE BEANS:

This lot comes from the Adorsi washing station in Tulise village, Yirgacheffe, where around 700 small-holder farmers deliver cherries.
They process the coffee using traditional Ethiopian methods with innovations like extended fermentation.
Cherries are sorted in float tanks, depulped, and fermented for 72 hours before being dried on raised beds. The extended fermentation, with fresh water replaced every 24 hours, creates a clean and impressive cup profile.
