This lots combines coffee purchased in cherry from about 1500 multiple smallholders located in the Kindeng and Arufa municipalities, with an average farm size of 1-2 hectares.

After cherries are sorted, they are dried on raised beds and moved multiple times a day throughout the 1-month drying process to ensure even moisture content.
