ABOUT THE BEANS:

Fernando Alfaro’s farm sits high in the Ataco mountain range, a region celebrated for its scenic views and vibrant indigenous culture. Local vendors in nearby towns honour this heritage with handmade crafts.

Fernando has planted over 2,500 coffee trees and produces around 200 bags per year. He’s also invested in raised beds and fermentation tanks to experiment with processing and elevate cup quality.
